Assists clients in all aspects of the development of renewable energy projects including preparing contracts for the construction of solar energy facilities and drafting contracts for sale of electric power and the renewable energy credits associated (RECs) with electric power
Serves as counsel for an independent natural gas supplier at various proceedings at the Public Utility Commission of Ohio, FERC and other business matters
Serves as counsel for an Ohio natural gas utility in rate case proceedings and various other proceedings at the Public Utility Commission of Ohio
Represents clients in various matters at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
Represents municipal utilities in business and litigation matters
Represents telecommunication clients in various matters at the Public Utility Commission of Ohio
