Practice Concentration
Services include representing clients in all aspects of Health Care, Long Term Care, Health Care Mergers and Acquisitions, Health Care Facility Licensing, Health Care Facility Regulation, Health Care Administration and Contracts and Finance.

Representative Experience
Principal litigation counsel in numerous class actions and other complex matters with many appearances before the Supreme Court, Courts of Appeal, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and various federal and state administrative agencies
Provides counsel to trade associations including the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes and other health care related associations
Principal Counsel in negotiation and drafting of documents related to sale, acquisition, merger, lease and finance of complex business organizations and their assets
Principal Counsel in drafting, monitoring, appealing and implementing more than 125 certificates of Need applications for acquisition, development and renovation of health care facilities with total cost in excess of $250 million
