Representative Experience

•	129 civil jury trials as lead counsel in state and federal courts

•	73 state and federal civil appeals, including 16 appearances in cases before the Ohio Supreme Court

•	Pioneer in development and implementation of technology in the courtroom for bench and jury trials

Over thirty years experience advising professional baseball leagues and teams with regard to organization, operation and litigation; currently serving as counsel for the International League and for the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Professional Baseball Organization;  represented the Clippers Board of Trustees to coordinate formulation and implementation of the Business and Action Plan presented to the Franklin County Commissioners for funding, financing, design and construction of Huntington Park, the Clippers' new baseball stadium scheduled to open in Spring 2009

•	Successfully achieved settlement after two week federal jury trial in UCC litigation which extricated local manufacturer from insolvency

•	Achieved numerous settlements or judgments of multimillion dollar insurance coverage for businesses in litigation against insurers

•	Prevailed in numerous jury trials representing landowners in eminent domain litigation
