Practices in the areas of business, commercial real estate, and technology law. Represented the owners of Northland Mall in community and governmental relations in the sale of the mall to a development entity controlled by the City of Columbus. Represented an internet technology company in an angel investment round and two-part venture capital investment round. Regularly represents borrowers closing FHA insured multifamily and nursing facility mortgages,  the restructuring of subsidized housing mortgages and tenant in common transactions. Regularly negotiates software licensing and development agreements.
