Represented an internet technology company in an angel investment round and two-part venture capital investment round. Regularly represents borrowers closing FHA insured multifamily and nursing facility mortgages, the restructuring of subsidized housing mortgages and tenant in common transactions. Regularly negotiates software licensing and development agreements.
