| Practice Concentration Services include representing and defending private and public employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application and providing day-to-day advice on the legal and human resources aspects of managing employees.
