Recently lead team in representing a client as the stalking horse bidder in the bankruptcy sale of a partially completed power plant for $124 million
Experienced in successfully negotiating and closing acquisitions (on buyer and seller side) of various sizes
Often represents businesses in securing syndicated financing in excess of $100 million
Wealth transfer planning for individuals and families
Serves as outside general counsel to numerous closely held businesses with revenues ranging from millions to hundreds of millions
