Represented local beer distributorship in obtaining permanent injunction issued by U.S. District Court against manufacturer’s attempt to terminate client’s local franchise
Represented major local law firm on appeal from order denying motion to hold firm in contempt relating to garnishment proceedings
Successfully obtained affirmance on appeal of dismissal of shareholder derivative lawsuit seeking millions of dollars in damages against computer software development corporation and its board of directors
Obtained injunction on behalf of bible college against an athletic commission’s attempt to strip basketball championship title from client
Represents state business association in its constitutional challenge to Ohio’s recently adopted commercial activities tax
