Practice Concentration
Practices in the area of civil litigation. Has been involved representing plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of litigation, primarily commercial in nature, including product liability, class actions, professional negligence/malpractice, real estate, contract disputes, tortious conduct, election law, majority/minority close corporation shareholder disputes, defamation, trademark law, civil rights laws, "sunshine" and open meetings law, constitutional law, administrative law, employment law, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith insurance claims.
Practice includes representing clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as before state agencies such as the Ohio Department of Insurance and the Ohio Supreme Court’s Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline.
