Practice Concentration
Practices all aspects of environmental law including enforcement defense, comprehensive permitting, administrative proceedings, rulemakings, facility-wide compliance assurance, pollution prevention and sustainable business, transactional, OSHA and general environmental litigation. Practice includes work in all environmental media, including Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, CERCLA, OSHA, TSCA and analogous state statutes and regulations.
