Chester Willcox & Saxbe LLP Partner Elizabeth J. Watters has been re-elected to the Ohio State Bar Association’s Council of Delegates for a two-year term beginning in July.  The Council of Delegates is one of two major governing bodies of the statewide organization.  Ms. Watters has served on the Council of Delegates since 2006.

At CWS, Ms. Watters represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, employment law, creditor issues, consumer protection, and structured settlement/lottery transfers.  
 
She holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from The Ohio State University.
